Climate Camps are renewably powered, democratic and vegan/veggie communities which bring local groups together in 'neighbourhoods', the basic units for a camp-wide system of consensus decision-making which works fast and effectively. There will be a Devon and Kernow(Cornwall) neighbourhood at Edinburgh.

Climate camp in Edinburgh this year (21 - 24 August) is campaigning on RBS and why a publicly owned company is supporting so many damaging fossil fuel projects, including the devastation and health risks caused by Tar Sands. There's also a welsh Climate Camp Cymru 13th - 17th August opposing open cast mining, which is trashing the Welsh countryside.
